Our feet were melting to the concrete but the sun was going down for the day. We saw everything we wanted from that side of the lake. Sometimes we talk with complete disengagement. Sometimes we make up words that no ones ever heard. If I could only think of one thing for the rest of my days, it'd be nothing. I'll keep holding my breath.

It's at least two miles either way to any place that you can normally find me. Watch me close because usually this is where my feet slip out from under me. I don't have to tell you that I'm playing it safe with my moves.

Not much matters when you're scared to leave your room. Scared of what will happen when trying to rely on your hands to keep off of what doesn't belong to you. I've got friends who don't speak up and I've been told to keep my mouth shut.
